No ceiling, no services, exposed roof steel. We installed the suspended ceilings and bulkheads, set out the lighting, built the partitioning and finished the floors and paint.

Old tiling and fittings removed down to the brickwork, damp treated, then re-plumbed, re-tiled and finished with a new ceiling and cornice.
